What Brought Me Here

For more than 15 years, I've worked in the financial industry helping people navigate decisions about money, retirement, insurance, and life goals.
Over time, I noticed something that bothered me. Many financial conversations were filled with jargon, assumptions, and explanations that seemed designed for someone who already understood the system. The system that had a focus on the men in the room.
Meanwhile, the women I worked with were often the ones managing the day-to-day reality of family finances. They were coordinating schedules, managing household spending, planning for children's activities, caring for aging parents, balancing careers, and making countless financial decisions every day.
Yet many of them felt left out of conversations about investing, retirement, and long term planning - the very decisions that affect their future.
I kept meeting intelligent, capable women who thought they "weren't good with money". The truth was rarely that they weren't capable. More often, nobody had taken the time to explain things in a way that felt approachable, practical, and relevant to their lives.
That's when I started asking different questions:
What if learning to invest felt like a conversation instead of a lecture?
What if women were part of the discussion instead of having to catch up?
What if financial advice started with understanding someone's life rather than trying to sell a product?
Those questions eventually became Wealthy Women Financial Planning.

What I Believe

I believe women deserve to understand their finances without feeling intimidated.
I believe financial planning should be practical, personal, and built around real life - not perfect spreadsheets or ideal circumstances.
I believe money isn't the goal.
Money creates choices.
And when women understand their options, they can make decisions with confidence about their careers, relationships, families, retirement, and whatever they can dream.
